We're recruiting on behalf of an established business in Milton Keynes looking to appoint an experienced Office Manager to become the central point of contact for the day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to make a real impact across the wider business.

The Role

As Office Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs efficiently while providing support across multiple departments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring a professional working environment.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers and external enquiries.
  • Coordinating office supplies, equipment and facilities.
  • Supporting senior management with administrative tasks and diary coordination.
  • Organising meetings, events and internal communications.
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees and coordinating office inductions.
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Maintaining company records, policies and general office documentation.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and efficiencies.
  • Providing wider administrative support to the business when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, approachable and enjoys taking ownership of a varied workload.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator or Senior Administrator role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across the business.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and solve problems.
