Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership.
• Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in a timely manner.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
• Assist in organising and executing company events or projects.
• Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
• Support with ad hoc tasks as required by the leadership team.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

• Previous experience in an administrative or support role within a similar setting.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
