The Role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and inspire a successful sales team based in East Grinstead. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales leader who enjoys being actively involved in the sales process while managing team performance and growth.

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales results, developing team members, and ensuring the highest standards of customer engagement and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Remain actively involved in the sales process and support the team in closing opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and one-to-one meetings.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the team.
• Work closely with senior management to implement sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Analyse sales performance and produce regular reports.

About You

• Previous experience in a Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong sales background with a proven record of achieving targets.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Results-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Confident using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
