Are you a Sales Support Admin or similar that wants to work from home, full time for a family run business with great staff retention and a fantastic industry reputation?

Do you want to work for a high end Spa Facilities company who will train you up and increase your technical knowledge opening doors before you even knock?

This family run company was founded in 2007, moving from strength to strength, have become a beacon of excellence within the industry, supplying to high end clients such as Windsor Castle and the Olympics Cycling team.

In this role you will be in charge of responding to inbound technical, sales and customer service enquiries along with managing and updating website content including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.

This role:

• Coordinating logistics with warehouse and shipping partners
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Managing stock and placing supplier orders
• Creating article, video and blog content on installation and technical aspects of sauna and steam room equipment
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Work from home)

The person:

• Sales Support, operations, admin background (Or similar)
• Commutable to Leeds
