| Description: | A Case Manager role Client Details A leading mortgage role Description Manage a busy pre-offer pipeline and keep cases moving efficiently. Answer broker calls and provide clear case updates. Respond promptly to broker and internal queries. Chase outstanding information, documents and actions. Work with Underwriting to package applications effectively. Keep case notes, communications and next steps up to date. Manage priorities, service levels and broker expectations. Escalate blockers and support smoother pipeline movement. Profile Prior customer service experience. A task-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritise workload, maintain clear task lists, track outstanding actions, chase next steps promptly, update case notes and follow work through to completion. An understanding of the current regulatory landscape in respect of data protection, money laundering and treating customers fairly. Strong organisation skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail. Job Offer 25,000 High-quality working environment.
