This post will largely involve reception duties at the Liverpool Youth Justice Service Office at Edge Hill CFC. There will also be data input duties.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:-

1. Adequate numeracy and literacy skills needed for this post and be able to show they have been trained in:
   1. Administration practices
      1. Customer care/front line service
      2. Relevant IT skills and knowledge of software packages
      3. Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. To have the ability to acquire the necessary standard of computer skills using word, spreadsheets and databases.
4. Ability to work within a team and work on your own initiative when required.
5. An understanding of and a personal commitment to the Vision and Values of Liverpool City Council
6. To have knowledge and an ability to demonstrate an understanding of the LEAs policies on Equal Opportunities.
