| Description: | About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and professional Secretarial Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role that provides essential administrative, reception, and operational support across multiple departments. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional standards of service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Reception & Office Administration Manage reception duties, ensuring visitors are welcomed professionally and enquiries are handled efficiently. Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries. Open, distribute, and process incoming post daily. Arrange outgoing post, couriers, and international mail services. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rail bookings. Order and maintain office stationery and supplies. Manage shared inboxes and ensure enquiries are responded to promptly. Maintain accurate records and logs for incoming and outgoing documentation. Support document storage, archiving, and secure destruction processes. Administrative Support Assist with maintaining accurate records and internal systems. Process returned mail and update records where required. Prepare and issue client and business correspondence. Scan, file, and organise documentation in line with company procedures. Support the handling and safekeeping of confidential information and documentation. General Support Provide administrative assistance to departments across the business as required. Support office projects and business initiatives. Contribute to maintaining efficient office processes and high service standards. | |
