A leading financial services firm are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to cover a maternity contract for 9 months. This is a fast-paced role supporting a Head of Department and team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Arrange global travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare and reconcile travel expenses using Concur.
  • Organise team offsites, events, and meetings.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the US team to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the team.
About You
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a fast paced financial services environment is essential.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Concur and Condeco is advantageous.
