The successful candidate will serve as the backbone of the company s administrative framework, ensuring efficient workflow across departments, maintaining accurate payroll processes, and supporting financial reporting. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager within a small to medium-sized enterprise
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and administration
  • Experience with financial suport activities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and relevant financial software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
