IFA Administrator / Financial Services Administrator

Job Opportunity: IFA Administrator (Junior)

Location: Northampton (Office-based)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

We are working alongside an established and reputable IFA Practice seeking a highly organised and proactive IFA Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their growing business operating out of a purpose made and modern office space.

You will be pivotal to ensuring smooth office administration and delivering professional and high standards of client service. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent IT skills, strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively whilst making a lasting impact within the business.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with a small amount of experience within Wealth Management, that's looking to deliver excellent client service and learn more about the world of Financial Planning!

You Will:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business and wider team
• Act as a professional point of contact for clients via telephone, email, and in person
• Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office applications
• Handle incoming and outgoing post and maintain filing systems
• Support internal processes and contribute to the efficient running of the office
