This is a senior role supporting our boards, committees, joint ventures and subsidiary companies, making sure our governance arrangements are well run, compliant and effective.You will work closely with senior leaders, board and committee members, organise and support key meetings, provide high-quality governance advice, and step in for the Group Company Secretary when needed.
