Description:

Space 8 Recruitment are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our Client's thriving business in Kenilworth (office-based). The Role:

  • Act as the first person on reception duties, including answering phones and welcoming clients in reception.
  • Log records in and out accurately.
  • Open and distribute incoming post.
  • Frank outgoing post.
  • Carry out scanning and document handling tasks.
  • Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Upload accounts to OpenSpace.
  • Assist with invoices.
  • Manage stationery orders.

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling records, post and documents.

  • Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems, including OpenSpace.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help with ad hoc office duties.
  • Previous reception or administration experience in an office is essential.
