One of our clients is currently looking for a Weighbridge Operative / Administrator to join their busy operational team based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

• Day-to-day operation of the weighbridge

• Responding to email queries in a timely manner

• Handling inbound telephone calls

• General administrative and office support duties

• Assisting with day-to-day site processes and operations

• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• Previous experience working within a busy office environment

• Strong administration skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office

• Experience using Workday would be advantageous

• Previous weighbridge experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided

This role would suit an organised and proactive individual with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
