Our client is a global financial services organisation with a strong international footprint and a reputation for robust governance and operational excellence. The business operates in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and places significant value on accurate, responsive HR support.

This HR Operations Admin role has been created to provide additional capacity within a busy HR operations function during a period of ongoing activity. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR service. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to core HR operations within a complex, global business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries via email, phone, and HR systems, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Managing background and pre-employment checks as part of the onboarding process.
  • Supporting the offboarding process, ensuring all leaver activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Processing employee data changes, including personal details, job changes, secondments, and probation confirmations.
  • Preparing HR documentation such as employment letters, contractual addendums, and salary review communications using mail merges.
  • Handling employment verification requests and external reference checks in line with company policy.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience within HR.
  • An understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage sensitive personal data confidentially and accurately.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
