Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Contract Service Administrator to support their busy Customer Service team. This is a key role providing admin support to engineers, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer enquiries and schedule engineer visits
Process orders, payments, and maintain accurate records
Use CRM systems to manage job flow
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
Support out-of-hours winter rota (Oct-Mar)
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in administration or customer service
Strong communication and organisation skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Detail-focused, proactive, and calm under pressure
Comfortable dealing with social housing tenants
GDPR-aware and professional in approach
