Manage daily enquiries via phone and email, providing fast and effective solutions
Deliver excellent customer service while identifying potential sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support long-term growth
Provide ongoing administrative support to your manager
Use Excel and internal systems to support sales activity and reporting
