Description: We are working with a business based on the outskirts of Norwich who is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator on an initial six-month fixed term contract. The role is expected to become permanent for the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable individual to support a busy sales team and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with customers and internal teams
  • Maintaining and updating sales records and systems
  • Assisting with invoicing and general office administration
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
The successful candidate will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or office-based role
  • Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • A proactive and team-focused approach
