My client is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of their office, providing administrative support, and being the first point of contact for visitors. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications, managing office supplies, and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary.
  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Organise office operations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
  • Provide general support to visitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
