Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Waterside Heathrow & all 5 days onsite

About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our client's mini contact centre team. You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of customer queries, handling between 50 and 100 calls per day. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist with password resets and access issues related to our ecosystem.
  • Deliver accurate information and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on systems and processes.
