I'm looking for a highly organised Complaints Administrator to support a busy team during a period of increased workload. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
You'll play a key role in ensuring complaints are logged accurately and efficiently, helping the wider team maintain excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Input and update complaints data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Manage incoming information and ensure all records are maintained in a timely manner
  • Support the complaints team with administrative tasks as required
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business
To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Previous administrative experience within a regulated environment
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Confident in using IT systems and learning new software
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
