We're currently partnering with a leading global logistics provider to recruit a Tender / RFQ Administrator, supporting LCL ocean freight pricing across international trade lanes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, commercially driven environment, playing a key role in managing pricing for large-scale tenders and supporting business growth.

The Role:• Manage and compile LCL pricing for RFQs and tenders across global trade lanes• Liaise with international offices, carriers, and internal teams to gather accurate rates• Ensure all submissions are competitive, accurate, and delivered within deadlines• Maintain and update tariffs, surcharges, and pricing data• Support commercial teams with pricing analysis and ad hoc requests• Track tender timelines, submissions, and outcomes

About You:• Experience within ocean freight forwarding or NVOCC pricing (LCL preferred)• Strong understanding of tariffs, surcharges, and global trade lanes• Experience handling RFQs, tenders, or large pricing exercises• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail• Able to manage deadlines and work across multiple stakeholders
