We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role involves significant interaction with clients, residents, and internal departments, focusing on the coordination and administration of annual services. The position is based in our Leatherhead office and requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Liaise with clients, residents, and internal departments to book annual services.
  • Handle incoming calls from residents, clients, and other departments regarding annual services.
  • Manage the compliance inbox, action reports, book jobs, and allocate relevant engineers.
  • Schedule appointments with locksmiths and arrange forced entry appointments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance standards are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using office software and email management.
