FINANCE AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

Theyare seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based position where you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with the Finance Manager and Administration team to ensure administrative processes run efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Checking, managing, and processing invoices
• Carrying out online data entry tasks
• Supporting credit control processes
• Managing returns and associated administration
• Support front-of-house and assist with general office administration

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Comfortable with data entry and basic computer systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
