Executive Assistant to CEO & C-Suite City of London (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office) We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO & C-Suite of this growing fast-paced financial services firm in the City. This role requires proven experience supporting C-suite leaders within Private Equity or investment environments. This is essential. This role is suited to someone who thrives in complexity, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings structure, calm, and precision to senior leadership teams operating at pace. You will work closely alongside the Chief of Staff, providing support and continuity in their absence, and act as a critical enabler of executive effectiveness across the organisation. Key Responsibilities including: - Provide high-level executive support to the C-Suite, ensuring their time and focus are aligned to strategic priorities
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, resolving conflicts and prioritising effectively across multiple senior stakeholders
- Own and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely triage, clear follow-up, and appropriate delegation
- Act as a trusted point of contact for the Board, Chair, and investors, managing communication flow and scheduling
- Prepare and draft high-quality emails, presentations, board papers, agendas, and briefing materials
- Ensure meetings are fully prepared with clear agendas, pre-reads, and supporting documentation circulated in advance
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
- Process expenses and support administrative governance where required
- Provide occasional personal support to the CEO when needed
Key Requirements: - Mandatory: Proven experience supporting C-suite executives within Private Equity, investment management, or similar high-pressure financial environments
- Strong track record as a senior Executive Assistant operating at Board or C-suite level
- Exceptional diary and time management skills with the ability to prioritise in fast-moving environments
- Confident managing multiple senior stakeholders, including Board members, investors, and external partners
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working at pace, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands
- Professional, discreet, and trusted with highly confidential information
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to be hands-on and support across the team where needed
