Overview
This is a opportunity designed for someone at the very start of their career who is looking to gain hands on experience within a busy, fast paced workplace.

You will be fully trained across both administration and goods inwards, developing practical skills while working alongside experienced team members. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn, build a long term career, and gain real workplace exposure.

No prior experience is required. The business is specifically looking to invest in someone they can train from the ground up.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:30am 1:30pm

What You Will Learn

As part of this you will gain experience in:

• General business administration
• Managing and organising project documentation
• Health and safety processes and job file management
• Goods inwards procedures, including deliveries and stock control
• Internal systems, processes, and workplace best practice

This is a hands on learning role where you will build real skills that can support long term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting day to day office administration
• Creating and maintaining job health and safety folders
• Uploading, scanning and organising documentation
• Assisting with goods inwards and checking deliveries
• Supporting stock control and material storage
• Ensuring records and documentation are accurate and up to date

Candidate Requirements

• A school leaver or someone looking to begin their career
• Strong reliability and willingness to learn
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic IT skills
• Positive attitude and openness to training and feedback
• Able to commute to a full time office based role
