We re partnering with a well-established Civil Engineering company with a strong order book and growing team. We're looking for an Administrator to support ongoing projects and eventually progress into a Project Coordination role.
What You ll Be Doing:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to our busy project teams Handling data entry, document management, and team coordination Managing phone calls, email traffic and welcoming visitors to the office Supporting other departments with general administrative tasks Gaining exposure to project coordination and operations in civil engineering
What We re Looking For:
Strong administration experience Good attention to detail and able to manage competing tasks Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems Experience in a fast-paced or project-led environment is a bonus Keen to grow into a project coordination or support role
