New Build Data & Operations AdministratorTamworthContract: 3 Months (Ongoing)£14.50ph - £15.50phAbout the Role An established business is seeking a proactive and Excel-savvy administrator to support their New Build team. This is a hands-on operational role, ideal for someone who loves data organisation, problem-solving, and streamlining processes. You'll be responsible for collating and managing order data across multiple sites and purchase orders, helping the team improve efficiency and reduce duplicate orders.Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain a master Excel sheet capturing all sites and POs.
Pull, collate, and clean data from internal systems.
Identify and resolve duplicate orders and other data inconsistencies.
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to understand account-specific requirements.
Organise deliveries, chase updates, and ensure order accuracy.
Take initiative to solve problems independently.
Skills & Experience
Advanced Excel skills - formulas, pivot tables, and data mapping.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Previous experience in order processing, administration, or operational support preferred.
Comfortable using internal systems (CRM or similar).
Able to manage multiple orders/tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills - confident in asking questions and gathering information from the team.
