We are looking for a confident and friendly Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This is a key role in creating a welcoming, polished and professional environment where every visitor feels looked after from the moment they arrive. You will work closely with the wider facilities and business services teams to keep the client floor running smoothly, supporting meetings, events and day-to-day operations while delivering a consistently high standard of service.Key responsibilities
Welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner, offering refreshments where appropriate
Keep reception and client meeting areas clean, tidy and presentable at all times
Manage meeting room bookings using an internal booking system and confirm requirements with hosts in advance
Ensure all visitor security processes are followed, including issuing and tracking access passes
Support meeting and conference room setup including laptops, screens and projectors
Prepare refreshments for client areas and meeting spaces
Arrange room layouts based on client needs
Book taxis and transport for clients when required
Support facilities projects and day-to-day operational tasks
Salary: £28,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 Some flexiblity is required to occasionaly support events i.e early morning / evening (Time off in lieu / overtime provided)
