We're working with a well-established business looking to hire a Sales Administrator to join their team in Theale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, organisation, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales function and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for managing orders, liaising with customers and suppliers, and keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders via email and phone
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing updates
• Tracking orders and resolving any delays or issues
• Producing and checking invoices and credits
• Coordinating transport and liaising with logistics providers
• Working closely with warehouses and suppliers
• Providing proof of delivery and documentation
• Producing sales reports
• General administrative support including calls and emails

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a sales administration or customer service role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A proactive, team-oriented approach

Desirable:

• Experience using an ERP system
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or similar environments
