Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support to Children's Social Care services
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external agencies
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Take accurate meeting minutes and manage diaries/appointments
• Handle enquiries professionally, ensuring excellent customer service
• Support project work, research tasks, and data collection
• Maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience (essential)
• Experience within Children's Social Care or a similar setting (desirable)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
