Are you available immediately for a long term temporary assignment with a fast growing company in Ingatestone, Essex?

If so, my client is seeking a new member of their expanding team, supporting the Logistic Manager with full admin support including:

• Schedule and coordinating deliveries and transport
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, paperwork, and transport documents.
• Track deliveries and update systems with delivery status
• Update databases with order details, stock movements, and delivery information.
• Keep records for audits and compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, transport companies, and customers.
• Resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Process orders and dispatch requests.
• Check stock availability and update inventory systems.
• General administration
• Extensive liaison with Customers
