A friendly, boutique investment firm based in Mayfair is looking for an EA & Finance Administrator to join the team on a maternity cover contract, starting late April / early May to allow for a handover. This is a varied, company-wide role combining PA support with finance and operational administration, working closely with both the investment and finance teams. The position would suit someone with previous PA/EA experience who is also comfortable handling finance administration tasks such as invoices and payment runs. The finance responsibilities are process-driven and cyclical throughout the month, so strong organisation and attention to detail are essential.
Diary management for executives, including the CFO
Arranging meetings, travel and team schedules
Processing invoices and assisting with monthly payment runs
Verifying bank details and loading payments into banking systems
Assisting with preparation and distribution of reports and board materials
Document management and research distribution for the investment team
Maintaining CRM records and assisting with website updates
Supporting general office management, suppliers and office supplies
Who you are:
Previous PA / EA / business support experience
Exposure to finance administration (invoices, payments, reconciliation support etc.)
Comfortable working in a small, collaborative office environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and able to manage high-volume administrative tasks
