We are seeking an organised and proactive Leasing Administrator to support the leasing team at an exciting new build-to-rent development in Birmingham.
This is a 15 month FTC role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage enquiries and register prospective residents within internal systems
Coordinate viewings, diary management, and leasing appointments
Maintain accurate electronic property files in line with internal procedures
Ensure all lettings systems and rental data are kept up to date and accurate
Act as a key point of contact for enquiries from residents, contractors, utility providers, and local authorities
Assist with property viewings and tours where required, providing information on the development and rental values
Support community engagement initiatives including events and resident communications
Requirements
Previous experience within property, lettings, or administration would be advantageous but is not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
