SAP Master Data Administrator - Part Time 2 days - Oldham

Park Cakes is a c 250 million business which supplies cake and desserts to service the own brands of major retailers, there are three sites based in the Northwest at Heywood, Oldham and Bolton.

Our products include, high end celebration cake products, slab cakes and mainstream desserts, we mostly supply Marks & Spencer's although we also supply other major retailers.

Example Accountabilities

• Liaise with different departments around the business at all sites to resolve costing data queries and reconcile against our costing systems
• Maintain a variety of Databases and excel spreadsheets for our products
• Action product change authorities to change the bill of materials
• Review and maintain trackers with changes and cost differences
• Update and maintain a variety of internal systems to improve the collection and control of essential data required for costing

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Ideally AAT full or part qualified, although we would support the completion of an AAT qualification
• SAP Master data experience is desirable
• IT Literate (SAP,MS, Excel, MS Access)
• Flexibility and the willingness to work the hours necessary to achieve the deadlines required
• Manufacturing / Food experience background is preferred

Hours: This position is based on site and is not home working, it is for two days a week , one of which is 8.30am to 4.30pm the other 8.30 - 3.30 pm, the latter must be Friday we have some flexibility on the other day of the week
