Description: We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Part-Time Administrator / Secretary to support daily office operations. This is an ongoing opportunity suited to someone who is organised, reliable, and confident managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Location: West Browmich

Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 2:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Contract: Ongoing, Part-Time

Key Responsibilities


    • Manage day-to-day office administration and operational tasks



    • Maintain organised records and carry out accurate data entry



    • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace



    • Handle phone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner



    • Support basic bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks



    • Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings



    • Assist with general clerical duties to support efficient office operations



What We're Looking For


    • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role



    • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace



    • Excellent organisational and time-management skills



    • Strong written and verbal communication skills



    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail



    • Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous



    • Knowledge of general clerical and data entry procedures
