If you enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, supports advisers and builds great relationships with clients, this role could be a perfect fit.

The Role

You'll be a key support for the Wealth Planners, handling everything from client onboarding and meeting preparation to follow-up actions and general administration. You'll take ownership of keeping client records accurate, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring clients always feel well looked after.

It's a role that suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in doing things properly and likes to be part of a collaborative, friendly team. You'll also help guide newer team members and contribute to making processes more efficient along the way.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing documents, reports and meeting packs
  • Managing client data and onboarding requirements
  • Handling general client queries and correspondence
  • Coordinating with paraplanning, client services and providers
  • Supporting planners with diary management and post-meeting tasks
  • Preparing application forms and letters of authority
  • Sharing knowledge with junior team members and supporting team improvements
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in financial or wealth planning administration
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with XPlan or Voyant is helpful but not essential
  • A proactive, team-focused approach
Benefits

The firm offers a well-rounded benefits package that includes pension support, healthcare options, insurance cover, enhanced family leave, wellbeing initiatives and a range of lifestyle perks. You'll also have access to flexible schemes and additional employee support programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding role within a supportive, professional team where your contribution genuinely matters.
