Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator full time or part time 4 days a week being considered

Are you a confident self-starter with experience in financial services administration? We are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join our team due to substantial growth and progression of current employees. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years' experience, preferably in an IFA setting, who values family and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client records and prepare files for meetings.
  • Manage letters of authority requests and act as a client contact.
  • Ensure money laundering checks and process application forms.
  • Update client database with monthly policy valuations.
  • Produce accurate valuation reports and liaise with legal associates.

Experience/Key Skills:

  • Commitment to previous employers and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with an understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Attention to detail, good IT skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an IFA company is essential.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Intelliflo database.
  • Working towards Level 4 - Diploma in Financial Planning/Regulated Financial Planning.
