Location: Farnborough, Hampshire

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a IFA Administrator to join a growing financial services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IFA or provider experience who enjoys a fast-paced, varied role and wants to be part of a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new business across investments, pensions and protection
  • Managing cases through to completion and maintaining accurate pipelines
  • Booking client review meetings
  • Raising invoices and handling new business queries
  • Supporting advisers, clients and providers
  • Ensuring work is completed accurately and within service levels

About You:

  • Previous experience within financial services, IFA or a provider
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
