haart Lincoln is seeking an Administrator who can showcase excellent customer service skills while supporting clients throughout their home-buying journey. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring processes run smoothly through strong organisation and clear, professional communication.

Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings or the home buying process. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service. Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills within the property industry

As an Administrator,we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, ensure the smooth running of the branch, assisting and processing home sales and liaising with the relevant parties involved in the home buying process
