THE JOB It's a busy, varied job where you'll build relationships with clients and work closely with a financial planner.You'll be the initial point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails and correspondence. You'll also prepare client packs, manage records (using IO) and support the adviser with compliance.You'll be part of a small, friendly team in a steadily growing independent financial advisory firm. The company started in 2013 and now has 11 financial planners and 11 administrators, with paraplanning mostly outsourced.It's also of note that this business has twice the industry average when it comes to the number of female planners at the firm. Experience with Intelligent Office (IO/Intelliflo) and financial planning administration
Diligence, conscientiousness and the ability to work as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
