IFA Administrator / Paraplanner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator/Paraplanner to join a well-established and respected IFA practice in Edinburgh.The Role: We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator / Paraplanner to support the practice's Financial Planners. You will:

• Conduct research and obtain illustrations
• Use analytical software for financial planning
• Prepare client suitability letters and financial reports
• Ensure recommendations are implemented accurately
• Check trades on investment platforms
• Oversee annual reviews and maintain client liaison

Requirements:

• Level 4 Diploma qualified, or close to completion
• Proven experience in a paraplanning or IFA administration role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
