The Role

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the financial planning team, assisting with the preparation and processing of client cases across pensions, investments, and protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners
• Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection
• Preparing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with providers, clients, and internal teams
• Managing client files and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Assisting with the preparation of suitability reports and review documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator within a financial planning or wealth management firm
• Good knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a busy team environment
