Job Title: Renewables Administrator (Planned Works)
Location: Liverpool
Pay Rate: 12.50 - 14 per hour
Contract: Temporary - 4 Months (initially)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate start available (subject to notice period)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property services client for an organised and proactive Renewables Administrator to join their Renewables team in Liverpool on a 4-month temporary contract.

This role will support the delivery of planned renewable works by ensuring documentation, photographic evidence, and compliance records are accurately collected and maintained. It is a fast-paced administrative position requiring strong organisational and communication skills.



Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Renewables team, with a focus on planned works

  • Managing and organising photographic evidence from site teams to ensure compliance requirements are met

  • Collecting evidence from site operatives including electricians, roofers, and installation teams

  • Proactively chasing outstanding evidence via WhatsApp and other communication channels

  • Uploading and maintaining records within internal trackers and databases

  • Feeding information to internal teams and stakeholders

  • Monitoring progress and ensuring activity is tracked in line with KPIs

  • Maintaining accurate records and clear audit trails

  • Providing daily and weekly updates to the client

  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required



Skills & Experience

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within property services, construction, or a similar environment

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and trackers

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and proactively chase information when required

  • Strong communication skills when dealing with both site teams and office teams

  • Comfortable using messaging platforms such as WhatsApp for operational coordination
