Description:

Solution 47 Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Braintree for an organised and reliable Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a varied administrative role that will support the day-to-day running of the office and provide key support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Providing general clerical and administrative support to the team

  • Performing accurate data entry and updating internal systems

  • Maintaining organised records and documentation

  • Providing all-round administrative and project support as required

  • Assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and telephone manner

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when entering data

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Competent in Microsoft Office and general office systems

Working Hours

  • Full-time

  • Monday to Friday
