Seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Administrator to join a small, collaborative team within a regulatory body. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while supporting a dynamic team that engages with other UK regulators. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in keeping teams organised, informed, and operating smoothly. It may be of interest to candidates with an interest or formal qualification in Economics.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's diary and team calendar, ensuring priorities are clear and meetings are well prepared
Coordinate recurring and ad-hoc meetings and events
Attend meetings where required, capture actions and coordinate follow-up
Handle email correspondence and enquiries through shared inboxes and phone channels
Track and follow up on actions to ensure deadlines are met
Review and verify expenses and procurement, ensuring compliance with internal policies
Organise team meetings, communications and internal coordination
Support external events and departmental projects
Monitor the jobs board inbox and upload job postings daily
Provide flexible administrative support to the wider team when required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Essential
Previous experience providing administrative or team support
A strong user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Confident working independently and using initiative
Ongoing right to live and work in the UK with no restrictions. Sponsorship is not available.
Ability to pass BPSS vetting clearance.
Desirable
Experience coordinating projects or events
Demonstrated project management or organisational skills
