Warehouse Administrator

My Client based in the B78 area are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on a temporary basis.

Candidates will need to be computer literate with Microsoft Packages and be able to use Excel at basic level.

Duties will include-

• General administration duties including liaising directly with internal and external stakeholders to organise inbound and outbound deliveries across multiple sites, and maintaining booking & shipment records.
• WMS experience is desirable as receiving and allocating work through a WMS is part of daily tasks.
• Competent at using Microsoft packages specifically excel.
• Ability to manage and organise multiple priorities and tasks.

You will be communicating with customers and internal staff, chasing up service requests, managing customer queries and running the administration for the site.

Candidates from a logistics/ transport office would be ideal but it is not essential.

Candidates must be available to start ASAP.

Hours are Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm. Parking available on site.
