Typical Workplace & Reception Duties:

• Reception: Greeting high-net-worth visitors, managing busy multi-line switchboards, and overseeing security/visitor logs.
• Facilities Support: Handling incoming/outgoing post and courier deliveries, and ensuring meeting rooms are client-ready.
• Workplace Admin: Maintaining office systems, managing supplies, and supporting the workplace manager with ad-hoc facility tasks.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

• Have Corporate Head Office Experience: Recent experience in a professional services or corporate environment is essential; please note that hospitality or hotel-only backgrounds are not accepted for these specific roles.
• Are Ready to Step In: Ability to hit the ground running at short notice with minimal supervision.
• Are Available Immediately: Must be based in London and ready for an immediate start.
