The Opportunity:
As a Sales Support Administrator you will play a key role in:
  • Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, ensuring customers receive professional and timely responses
  • Processing sales orders using Sage 50 while maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
  • Preparing sales quotations and supporting presentations, marketing activity and social media content
  • Producing and updating documents such as reports, templates, quotes and customer communications
  • Supporting sales performance reporting and forecasting while ensuring administration is completed efficiently across multiple systems
  • Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of the sales team, helping the business deliver excellent service and achieve its growth goals.
  • This is an office based role with an early finish on a Friday.
About You:
We are looking for someone who can bring:
  • A confident and proactive approach with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions
  • A collaborative mindset and positive work ethic that supports the wider team
  • Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or administrative role would be beneficial, but not essential for the right Sales Support Administrator candidate.
