About the Role

As one of our Corporate Receptionists, you will be working as part of the Reception Only Team, creating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances Company culture that our clients want to be a part of. Your duties will include.

• Creating a welcoming environment by efficiently managing our clients' core values and fulfilling client requests.
• Ensuring meeting rooms meet high standards, handle booking requests, and prepare hospitality requirements.
• As the first point of contact for our client, providing a first class customer experience.
• Answering calls and dealing with enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Effectively dealing with contractors and couriers.
• Assisting building and facilities management with sundry administrative tasks.

About You

• Exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and maintain a calm, logical, and professional mindset.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic requirements with motivation and commitment.
• Understand the importance of maintaining Health & Safety standards.
• An SIA licence is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday - 0800 to 1700 hours - including a paid lunch break

Location

• London Zone 1.
• Work Environment - a blue chip customer building in the West End near Oxford Circus
