This position will suit an individual with prior administrative experience within a professional services environment, such as law, finance, accountancy, or consultancy.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to advisers and senior management, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office within a regulated, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support across the business

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems

  • Preparing documentation, reports, and meeting packs

  • Coordinating meetings and diary management

  • Supporting compliance and regulatory processes

  • Assisting with invoicing and general office administration
